Modern houses and cabins on 12 acres of space to enjoy - including grassy fields for playing ball, basketball hoop, swing set, and 2 fire pits.

All units have Air Conditioning, WiFi and TVs with sports channels. We provide bed linens, towels and kitchenware. Outside, guests can relax on their covered porch or open deck and enjoy outdoor dining with a private gas grill and picnic table.

Guests are welcome to host one well-supervised team party or other large gathering.

Group bookings are encouraged.

Cabins 1, 2, 3 & 4 Features:

 Newly constructed in 2017, 2018 and 2019! Beautiful chalet style cabins that sleep 7 persons with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.  Lofted pine ceiling in the great room with trapezoid windows lends to the airy atmosphere and brightness. The gas fireplace gives ambiance and warmth. An open concept great room features comfortable sofas, TV and a large kitchen with seating for 6 and dishwasher.  The Master BR has a Queen bed, a private ensuite bath with shower and a TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Queen size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. A sleep sofa for 2 persons is in the great room. In the hallway is the main bath with a large vanity, tub/shower combo, and stacked washer and dryer.

Hilltop Cabins A and B Features:

 Hilltop Cabin A (built in 2020) and Hilltop Cabin B (new for 2023!) are identical cozy 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom cabins next to each other. Each is private and sleeps 5 persons. Natural pine from floor to ceiling makes these small homes true log cabins. Within each are lofted ceilings that lend to an airy atmosphere in the great room featuring a small kitchen, and living & dining areas that seat 5. Guests can relax, dine and watch TV in the great room. The large deck is perfect for enjoying spectacular panoramic views of Double Play Cabins' grounds and the southern Mohawk Valley hills. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a Full size bed on the bottom and Twin on top. Guests can use the free washers and dryers in the shed between the cabins.

Features of the Hilltop Cottage:

 New in 2023!  Outstanding views of the field and hills grace this 3 Bedroom, 2-Bathroom cottage that sleeps 7 persons. The Hilltop Cottage has pine accents are throughout an open concept lofted ceiling living, dining and kitchen area with dishwasher. There's a split bedroom floor plan with the living area separating the Master BR from the other bedrooms.  The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, Queen size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has Queen and  XL Twin size beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, TV and view of the hills. Main bathroom with tub/shower combo. A rear deck is perfect for outside dining and relaxing. A washer and dryer are included.

Features of the Ranch:

 Renovated in 2019, the Ranch has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 9 persons. Pine accents are throughout the spacious house that has a large living area with foosball and air hockey tables, kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, and separate dining room. On one side of the house apart from the other bedrooms, the Master BR has a Queen bed, TV and private ensuite bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and a Twin size bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The living area has a sleep sofa for 2 persons. In the hallway is the main bathroom with tub/shower combo. The Ranch also has a washer and dryer.

Features of the Lodge - Unit A:

 New for 2024!  Overlook the cabins, grounds and distant hills from this 3-bedroom 2-Bathroom unit at the Lodge. Up to 7 persons can share this modern house with wood and stone accents, spacious living area, large kitchen w/dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining area. A large back deck spans the length of the house and has outside dining, making it ideal for group gatherings. A split bedroom floor plan lends to privacy when sharing the house. The Master BR has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, Queen size bed and a TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. The washer & dryer are off the family room area.
